Get your Christmas festivities off to a great start at New Mill MVC’s ever popular Christmas concert with all the usual entertainment, including our ‘famous’ Chocolate Coin Raffle!
Our Special guests this year are the talented and entertaining Opus 3
Nicola, Helen and Alison play flute and piccolo in a variety of ensembles across
Yorkshire. All three perform at a high level and have leading roles within these
and smaller ensembles. Nicola has set up and leads the Barnsley Flute Choir,
where they all met. The players have experience in a wide variety of musical
styles and aim to entertain their audience with characterful performances. The
timbre of their music is further enhanced when other members of the flute family
are played, from piccolo to bass flute.
